This is how I start my day—and the only way I can enjoy coffee without adding sugar. It’s rich, smooth, and foamy like a cappuccino, thanks to a blend of hot coffee, good butter, and cream. I often add a pinch of turmeric or cinnamon for flavor and warmth. Blend it up, pour it into your favorite mug, and sip your way into the morning.
Ingredients (makes two cups):
- 1 1/4 cups hot brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp salted butter
- 3 tbsp heavy whipping cream
- Pinch of ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of ground turmeric (optional)
Instructions:
Put all ingredients in a high-powered blender and blend on medium to high speed until well combined and foamy on top.
Transfer to mug and enjoy!
